- Monday-Friday: 08:00 - 16:00 (no breaks)
- Saturday: 09:00 - 13:00 (on telephone order)
- Sunday: Closed
3. Collection Procedure
- Place an order online in the calculator
- You will receive an email with confirmation and an approximate readiness date
- We will send an SMS/email when the parts are ready for pickup
- Come at the given time with your ID
- Check the goods, sign the release document
- Pay (if you didn't make an advance payment)
4. Free Local Delivery
- For customers from Bielsko-Biała, Pszczyna, Czechowice-Dziedzice: free delivery up to 30 km
- We deliver parts on a designated business day (8-16)
- Order delivery at least 2 days before implementation
5. Additional Information
- Parking: Available on the company premises (10 spaces for free)
- Accessibility: Tarp entrance over the entire width of the factory
- Assistant: A worker in the office will point out the goods and help with loading
