Shipping Policy

1. Available Delivery Options

Personal Collection

• Location: ul. Rolników 41, 43-518 Ligota, Silesian Voivodeship
• Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00-16:00
• Cost: free
• Notification: we send an SMS/email when the goods are ready

InPost Parcel Locker

• Available for orders up to 30 kg
• Cost: from 13 PLN
• Tracking: tracking number via the InPost app

Courier (DPD, GLS, DHL)

• All of Poland in 2-3 business days
• Cost: from 20 PLN to 100 PLN depending on weight and distance
• Insurance: automatically for a value exceeding 1000 PLN

2. Packaging and Shipping

• All parts are packed in a box with foam filling
• We print the shipping document and stick it on the box
• Shipping is organized on the day of confirmation or the next business day

3. Package Tracking

• After sending, we provide a tracking number
• You can track the package on the courier's website
• A tracking link is found in the confirmation email

4. Returns and Exchanges

• Return of goods within 14 days of delivery
• The goods must be undamaged and in their original packaging
• Return costs are covered by the customer (unless it was our mistake)
• After verification, we issue a refund or exchange within 7 days
