1. Available Delivery Options
Personal Collection
- Location: ul. Rolników 41, 43-518 Ligota, Silesian Voivodeship
- Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00-16:00
- Cost: free
- Notification: we send an SMS/email when the goods are ready
InPost Parcel Locker
- Available for orders up to 30 kg
- Cost: from 13 PLN
- Tracking: tracking number via the InPost app
Courier (DPD, GLS, DHL)
- All of Poland in 2-3 business days
- Cost: from 20 PLN to 100 PLN depending on weight and distance
- Insurance: automatically for a value exceeding 1000 PLN
2. Packaging and Shipping
- All parts are packed in a box with foam filling
- We print the shipping document and stick it on the box
- Shipping is organized on the day of confirmation or the next business day
3. Package Tracking
- After sending, we provide a tracking number
- You can track the package on the courier's website
- A tracking link is found in the confirmation email
4. Returns and Exchanges
- Return of goods within 14 days of delivery
- The goods must be undamaged and in their original packaging
- Return costs are covered by the customer (unless it was our mistake)
- After verification, we issue a refund or exchange within 7 days
