Terms of Service
1. General Provisions
These terms and conditions define the rules for providing laser cutting services by Cool-Met Ligota.
2. Order Rules
- We accept orders via the online form in the calculator.
- The valuation is approximate and subject to verification of technical details.
- The final price will be confirmed by e-mail after the order is accepted.
- The customer has the right to withdraw from the order within 14 days of accepting the offer.
3. Payment Terms
- Payment required: 100% based on the issued proforma invoice.
- Available payments: bank transfer, credit card.

- After confirming the payment, we issue a VAT invoice.
4. Delivery Times
- Standard time: 5-7 working days from order confirmation.
- Express time: 2-3 working days (additional fee).
- Exact deadlines are agreed upon in the confirmation e-mail.
5. Delivery Conditions
- We deliver within Poland.
- Shipping costs are determined individually depending on weight and distance.
- Personal collection: free in Bielsko-Biała and the surrounding area.
- Responsibility for the goods: from the moment of takeover by the courier.
6. Complaints
- We accept complaints within 14 days of receiving the goods.
- The complaint should include a description of the defect and photos.
- We repair or replace the goods with new ones.
- We do not cover return shipping costs for customer errors.
7. Data Protection
Personal data collected from the order form are processed exclusively for the implementation of the order and are not shared with third parties.
